Inga is a Clinical Psychologist and is available for treatment and supported assessments.
Following her clinical psychology training Inga has worked predominantly in correctional settings, providing assessments and individual and group treatment to offenders in prisons and in the community. In recent years, Inga has worked in her own private practice, seeing adolescents and adults with various difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, disordered eating, struggles with identity and self-compassion, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and stressful life events.
Inga applies a range of evidence-based therapies in her practice, including Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Inga has recently moved to Christchurch from Tauranga with her husband and two small boys and is looking forward to exploring what the Canterbury region has to offer.
