Marion has had extensive counselling experience since 1997. She is interested in assisting her clients achieve well-being and satisfaction in their lives, and supports them to meet their highest aspirations. She uses strength-based therapies, psychological and life coaching, mindfulness, and increasing happiness interventions.Her areas of special interest include improving relationships with partners and families, parenting, mental health management, abuse (including historical abuse trauma and neglect), anxiety and depression, long-term impacts of a disturbed childhood, supervision and coaching, conflict resolution and mediation, and increasing happiness.

Marion practise includes specialist experience in working with families involved in sexual abuse. She provides education and coaching support for parents of abused children, and counselling for families affected by sexual abuse. This includes safety planning and management, and family reintegration. She also provides education and counselling for those persons in relationships with partners affected by sexual abuse.
